We will participate in conference calls and meetings with the advisors and prospective client to explain the services performed by UB Pensions and Plan Design concepts.  If provided a census, we will prepare a proposal and explain the different plan designs available.  If a Defined Benefit or Cash Balance opportunity, our Enrolled Actuary Matt Phillips will assist with the process.  All initial consultations and proposals are free of charge.  

 

During the installation process, the Plan is assigned at an Account Executive (AE) who is the day-to-day contact on an ongoing basis.  Your AE is responsible for completing all IRS required compliance services and answer all plan-related questions.  They will also work closely with your Financial Advisor and CPA to better service your plan needs.  All compliance services performed by the AE is reviewed by one of the Owners to ensure your Plan remain in compliance with the DOL and IRS regulations.   We also have a department to process the Plan distributions and loans.
